A one-week stay in Sydney seems so short to fully experience what this diverse city can offer. From beaches to museums, you have several options to choose from. Regrettably, we were not able to visit all that was listed in our planned itinerary. Here are those we missed:
A sunset ferry ride from Circular Quay to Manly beach, they say, would give you a spectacular view of the Sydney Opera House. Breathtaking. Surreal. Like you are between two different worlds: a citylife and the beachlife. Oh I am jealous now.
For spring season, the temperature in Blue Mountains could reach almost zero. And it doesnt have train station nearby, so na-dah for us.
Zoos are always best place to visit when you have kids to entertain. Well, ours is still a nine-month old, so i’m safely guessing she wont be entertained by the wildlife yet.
This is another option to try if you have kids to entertain. This one seems fun though. It is the last on our list of places to visit. So we did not bother much if we visit it or not.
Well, the famous Bondi to Coggee coastal walk was rerouted due to some damage caused by the June 2016 storm. Instead of a walk along the coast and cliff, the route was diverted to the streets. Even so, the original route involves a lot of stairs and some steepy slopes making it not stroller-friendly. We only made through a quarter of the whole walk and then decided to head home.
Would you happen to have visited these places? If so, let us know what you think of them.
